Educational Aid Fund-Grants
At the Vermont State Grange, annual state session in October 2016, Resolution #10 (Educational Aid Grant) was accepted.
This resolution established a pilot program for the next 2 years to award 15 one-time $100.00 grants, (15 grants each year) for any Grange member, in good standing, to be used to defray the cost of any Educational, Agriculture, or Learning (hobby/craft) class.
The deadlines for applying for these grants are March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.
A proof of registration must accompany the application form. The application form must be submitted prior to or during the class. Just be aware that once the 15th grant has been awarded, no additional grants will be available until the start of the next fiscal year (October 1 – September 30).
Please return the Grant Application (with verification of enrollment) by March 1, June 1, September 1, or December 1. The Educational Aid Fund committee will review each application and make the award by the end of the month.
